Make your holiday even more special by taking advantage of our flexible catering service which is tailored to your needs.
Graham Waugh cooks by prior arrangement, using the amazing local produce available to us in Scotland.
Choose from served formal dinners for a special occasion, a full week of relaxed Chef catering or everyday “one-pot” meals, freshly cooked for you to serve yourselves after a day exploring.
Plenty of Choice
We create menus for each individual occasion and we ask that you choose your menus before arrival.
Enjoy home-cooked meals incorporating the best local seasonal produce. Whatever you choose, Graham sources his ingredients locally from award-winning suppliers. You can browse through some sample menus and then discuss your catering requirements one-to-one.
Vegetarian meals and children's meals are available, allergies and dietary requirements will always be catered for. We can also arrange a full Scottish breakfast and picnic lunches.
A Truly Bespoke Experience
Served Dinners
Our served dinners are just that, waiting staff will lay the table and serve your meal, choose your set menu in advance and we tidy away afterwards, leaving you to relax and enjoy your evening.
We can provide the drinks or our holiday guests can arrange a drinks order to be delivered to the house. Just let us know when to expect it and we are very happy to take delivery for you. Menus typically range from £55 - £70 per head.
Chef Hire
Perhaps you would like Graham to take care of all of your catering, in this instance it is often best to provide chef hire.
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners, perhaps incorporating produce from your garden. Sit at the kitchen table and plan the week’s meals or let Graham cook from the best available that week.
Graham is also available for outside catering, don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss your requirements and availability.
