Catering is always a fantastic addition to your holiday. At Assynt House we
offer our guests a catering service which is tailored to your needs. Owner/chef, Graham Waugh cooks with the amazing local produce available to us in Scotland.
Our catering service is really flexible, from everyday meals, freshly cooked for you to serve to your guests after a day exploring or a served formal dinner for a special occasion. Graham will create menus for each individual occasion. Equally, you might like us to take care of all of the cooking or perhaps just breakfast to set you up for the day.
You can browse through some sample menus and then discuss your catering requirements one-to-one. Choose your menus before you arrive and enjoy
home-cooked meals incorporating the best local seasonal produce.
Vegetarian meals and children's meals are available, and allergies or intolerances can, of course, be catered for. We can also arrange a full Scottish breakfast and picnic lunches.
Our served dinners are just that! Waiting staff serve pre-dinner drinks that you supply. Your meal is served and we tidy away afterwards, leaving you to relax and really enjoy the evening.
Menus typically range from £35 - £55 per head.
