As well as all of the outdoor activities on offer locally you might like to arrange some private exercise sessions at the house. We can highly recommend local Yoga and Pilates instructors who can offer one-to-one classes or teach small groups at the house or in the garden.
Nordic walks and guided hill walks can be enjoyed locally or take a wild swim in the sea and lochs.
Explore Reiki with a recommended local Reiki Master who comes to the house to promote stress reduction, relaxation and balance. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss further.
Mildfullness & Meditation
Mindfulness Teachers bring the health benefits of mindfulness with nature to your holiday We can arrange a mindfulness, meditation and outdoor nature connection events and retreats for bespoke groups and corporate events.
You can hire bikes to be delivered to the house for the week, or just an afternoon. Or have the bikes delivered to a local mountain biking track like Learnie Red Rocks. We are more than happy to arrange these for you and it's essential to book in advance.
Spa Treatments and massages can be arranged and If you would like to take advantage of our chef service but want to detox or keep things healthy Graham will create some menus to suit you allowing you to enjoy your time away with even more time for your well-being!
Truly Unwind
Aspen Spa is a beautiful mini-spa located about 30 minutes drive from Assynt House just outside the town of Tain.
They have experienced therapists offering excellent treatments, they also offer spa days with lunch and use of the sauna and hot tub.
Aspen Spa is also available to guests at Assynt House in the comfort of their own room for 25% surcharge to cover travel.
You can book direct or we are more than happy to arrange your treatments. We would advise booking as far in advance as possible.
