If you need meals then Graham is on hand to provide marvellous dishes - large or small - single pot or multi-course with vegan and vegetarian options too."
"I have returned to London transformed by the finest of times at Assynt. My week is now viewed through a Highland lens. When I draw my curtains I don't see Kensal Rise, but the curve of the Black Isle and glitter of the Cromarty Firth, as I saw them from my bedroom. I was so delighted treated be to such luxury"
