Great food is so important, especially on holiday and our in-house catering can take care of all or some of your meals. At Assynt House we offer our guests a catering service which is tailored to your needs. Owner/chef, Graham Waugh cooks with the amazing local produce available to us in Scotland, by prior arrangement.

We have a very flexible approach, from providing our guests with everyday “one-pot” meals, freshly cooked for you to serve yourselves after a day exploring or a served formal dinner.  Graham will create menus for each individual occasion. Equally, you might like us to take care of all of the cooking or perhaps just breakfast to set you up for the day.

Whatever you choose, Graham sources his ingredients locally from some award-winning suppliers.  You can browse through some sample menus and then discuss your catering requirements one-to-one. Choose your menu before you arrive and enjoy home-cooked meals incorporating the best local seasonal produce.

Vegetarian meals and children's meals are available, and allergies or intolerance's can, of course, be catered for. We can also arrange a full Scottish breakfast and picnic lunches. 

Our served dinners are just that! Waiting staff serve your pre-dinner drinks (which you supply). Choose your set menu in advance, your meal is served and we tidy away afterwards, leaving you to relax and enjoy your evening. You can arrange a drinks order to be delivered to the house. Just let us know when to expect it and we are very happy to take delivery for you. Menus typically range from £45 - £55 per head.
